Automatic QSO Upload.

Post by K8TJM »

In the attached picture JA6FIO is a LOTW user and exchanges QSLs. In the box shown with the red arrow QRZ.COM is also noted but in green. Why the two different colors (yellow and green).

Second question is EQSL is not listed as a option is this box. If I have automatic upload to EQSL when logging a contact but EQSL is not listed in this box will L4OM automatically bypass uploading this contact to EQSL?

Thank you.

I just tried a contact that had EQSL as a choice for QSL - made a contact and no automatic upload.

LOTW is the only one that seems to be working automatically - EQSL, QRZ and Clublog do not upload automatically.

Thanks.

Terry,

Do you have the "Automatic upload on new QSO" option enabled for each of those External Services?

Settings / Configuration / External Services / 'each service has their own setup tab'

Do you also have your confirmations for QSOs (for each External Service) set as "Y" and "N"?

Settings / Configuration / Confirmations / 'Type dropdown to select your choices'

I'm old-fashioned and only work with "Y" and "N". No "R" requested, etc.. in my log keeping. ;)

Hello,

I do not know for the colors yellow and green but for your second question EQSL is never mentioned in this box but it is not related anyway to uploading your QSO to eqsl.cc.
Log4OM will upload the qso to eqsl.cc if setup properly.

As far as I know I never saw EQSL in this window and anyway this window just give extra information about the callsign, it is purely indicative as far as I know.
