Label Print window

I'm using log4om v2.29.0.0, when I open the label print window it takes ages to load due to the log size I have, I have noticed that there is an option in this window to disable the automatic refresh, but the problem is when I unselect this option it does not save for the next time I open the window. am I missing something?

no one else is facing this problem or has a solution how to turn off the automatic refresh?
