Can't import adif from HamLog

Hi,

I'm trying to import an adif file created in HamLog to Log4OM2, but the import keeps getting rejected. The logfile is attached

It looks to me that the QSO's are being skipped because there is no record for the band. However, HamLog doesn't have a field for the band. Log4OM seems to be trying to work out the band from the frequency, but cannot do so. I've entered the frequency as, for examplw, 7300 and 7.300, but neither seems to work.

Can anyone help please?

Hi,

In Log4OM you will enter a QSO without specifying the frequency, but you will not enter it without specifying the BAND.
You must complete this field before importing.

so, basically, it won't import from HamLog unless I create a new template in that specifying the band?

A bit surprising when it says that it is trying to calculate the band from the frequency (which looks to be a simple calculation), but - if I'm entering the frequency correctly - it seems it can't do that.

Where did you "entering" a frequency in a Import Log ? Entering in the QSO window not has any effort, it´s only for a normal
logging process. The ADIF you try to import must contain the frequency information. In the LOG you posted above i don´t
see any frequency information. Without this Log4OM can´t calculate the Band and rejects the QSO´s.

Update to information from me.
I ran a test of importing an ADIF file without the BAND field, but with the FREQ field filled in. The file imports correctly into LOG4OM and the BAND field completes, recalculates, applying to the frequency - just as @DF5WW wrote

but the frequency field WAS filled in in HamLog (7.300 MHz), and it looks as though it copied over to the .adif file?

I can't seem to attach the latter, but here's a copy in Notepad.

If importing the ADIF file from HamLOG to QRZ.com is done correctly then use it as an intermediary After this operation, export the log file from QRZ.com and try again to Log4OM.
At this point I have no other idea.

I have done a export of Log4OM QSO´s to check how Log4OM stores the frequency. In Log4OM the Frequency is stored as 7.300000 ... Try to
change the frequency format in your HamLog ADIF and do a new import.

I tried ading extra zeros to the frequency, and also tried to enter it as 7300000, but no calls would load to Log4OM in either case.

Exporting logs from QRZ.com is a premium service that I don't feel like paying for, but I uploaded it to HamLog.Online (no relation, so far as I'm aware), re-downloaded it, and it imported to Log4OM just fine. However, I'd rather not have to go through this extra step.

It seems that the problem is the link between HamLog and Log4OM, and that I'm not the only one with the problem...

Your QSO frequency is 7.300, that is out of band in IARU Region 1, according to your callsign this QSO should not have been made.
If you set IARU REGION 2 or 3, where bandplan covers through 7.3MHz the application will correctly load the QSO's
