Hi Terry,
I still have the problem, that I have several hundred bandpoints in DXCC Challenge with credit granted by paper QSL-cards. The LOTW confirmed and credited bandpoints are ok in the statistics, the others are missing . I could change the status of these QSOs manually but this is too much work and could result in errors.
I found in LOTW -> Awards -> Select DXCC Award Account -> DXCC QSL Download : "For an ADIF download with the details of all QSLs in your DXCC record use"
This ADIF contains ALL credit granted QSOs, also these which are not confirmed by LOTW.
To update the statistics I tried in LOG4OM: QSL Management -> Merge ADIF but no changes were done. What is the problem?
Here is an example of a 12m QSO with Afghanistan in the downloaded ADIF file which should change to credit granted after the MERGE:
<CALL:4>YA7X
<QSO_DATE:8>20041107
<APP_LoTW_MODEGROUP:5:S>PHONE
<APP_LoTW_MODE:5:S>PHONE
<BAND:3>12M
<DXCC:1>3
<COUNTRY:11>AFGHANISTAN
<CREDIT_GRANTED:24>DXCC,DXCC_MODE,DXCC_BAND
<APP_LoTW_CREDIT_GRANTED:43:S>DXCC-M,DXCC-PH,DXCC-12,DXCC-CHAL,DXCC-5B-12
<eor>
I dont know how the Merge really works. I just saw that dowloaded ADIF QSO has only QSO-Date but no QSO-Time field. If the merge needs a fit of the QSO-Time this might be the problem. Perhaps it is possible to switch off this requirement by special merges? Just a speculation.
At least an automatic upgrade of the DXCC record by using the above mentioned ADIF would be great.
By the way, I am now on the latest LOG4OM release 1.17.1.0. and I am still playing with the new functions.

Re: DXCC administration - credit granted
Olaf,
I thought we had added the credit status update in the LOTW download since just after LOTW started including it in the download ADIF a couple of months ago!
As you will remember I am not an award chaser so I can't test this for you but you might try doing an LOTW download in the QSL manager with the earliest start date of your LOTW records set - Like all records since the beginning up to today.
Doing an auto LOTW download should not just update your verified status but also update your award credit status
Merge won't do it for you it only updates paper QSL status
Let me know how you get on please

Yes Olaf, we can skip time requirement, with the only drawback that if more than one qso is found on same date/call/band/mode the QSO update will be skipped.dk2lo wrote:Hi Terry,

May I suggest to make explicit this requirement at import level ?
when the import functionaty will be chooses user could decide as for example:
a) import all without warning (all qso are overwritten)
b) import with warning (all qso will be overwritten and a text will be written at the end)
c) import and stop if warning detected

Re: DXCC administration - credit granted
This is a little bit more complex, because requires a sort of user feedback and new UI development...

Re: DXCC administration - credit granted
Terry thank you very much for the fast reply. I already tried LOTW upload but this confirms only LOTW QSLs and no LOTW QSOs credited.
Daniele thank you for the MERGE option without time check. It should work for me and I would be very happy to test this in one of the next releases.
