DXCC?

Post by PA7RA »

Hello,
I have a question
When I look in LOTW I see that I have worked 38 DXCC on 70cm confirmed and Granted
When I look in LOG4OM I see that I have 45 DXCC Granted.
Now I take a qso that I know for sure is a Sat qso 4O4A that qso was made via IO-117 see photo
When I then look in the award refs tab I see that DXCC-SAT is checked so DXCC_sat is submitted and yet it is listed as 70CM Submitted.
What am I doing wrong???
I don't understand so I hope someone can explain this to me I would like to have the correct score that is in LOTW also in LOG4OM.
Tnx Rien, PA7RA

Hi Rien,

You're mixing up two different awards. In general and per default Log4OM shows you the entities worked per band - in your case 70cm. Apparently here you have 45 DXCC entities granted in total. This is independent if you worked them directly or via a satellite - as long as you worked them on the 70 cm band.

If you only want to check you SAT contacts you have to select "SATELLITE" in the drop-own under "Predefined Config". Now you only will see the contacts where DXCC-SAT was selected.

Hope this helps.

Claus
