Freezing after inputting values

I'm finding that LOG4OM 'freezes' for a 5-10 seconds after lookup fields have been entered, and results retrieved in the main entry screen. For example:

Callsign - After entering, and the program finding the operator name, there is a delay of 5 seconds before I can click in any other field. The same happens with 'Grid'. I appreciate the system has to lookup data from third party datasets, but I have quite a 'beefy' machine.

I'm using QRZ as my lookup.

I have checked the manual and did see there is a 'Speed of lookup' page, but I can't seem to find where that is accessed from.
