Cluster notes "highlight" color ??

What setting in Configuration sets the highlight color I see in the Cluster (F8) Notes field?

I've reviewed all the default colors for the Cluster in Configuration and have changed a few to test, but can't seem to ID just where this color highlight is coming from.

I might also be looking right past the trees in the forest to see where its coming from.

Supposed to be 'Award Highlight' at bottom of Program Config/cluster window but I notice that its not working correctly
