Active help using mouse hover with Stats window cell colors

I like the Stats window's Band/Mode grid, but it's difficult to remember what each cell color means. How about when you hover over one of the cells, a window appears that reminds you what the color means. Such as - "Worked Country" or "Worked Station" or "Not worked" or "Country Confirmed" or "Confirmation Requested" or "Not Confirmed" or "Station Confirmed", etc.
