When using the "Show Cluster Grouped" option there is a lot of data behind the spot that ultimately shows up in the Cluster (F8) tab.
A 'right click' on a given spot will often show a list of the source(s).
I'm guessing that Log4OM shows the 'most recent' of the noted spots, but I have no way of knowing that for sure.
I've also been seeing that many times (when the spot 'note' field is highlighted) that one of the sources for that spot is also a POTA.
In light of such available data would it be possible to consider adding a selection of filters where I could choose to have POTA (or SOTA or IOTA, etc..) spot show up in the cluster?

Re: Spot - Cluster Merge Data
"Learning Experience" ... yesterday while doing more testing in review of the "Merged" Cluster sources.
In my setup with the Awards I have selected to follow the Cluster Notes field will highlight in yellow/gold.
With the Merge Cluster option there may be multiple spots included with the display. The Award ID may or may not appear in the display. However that data is still part of it all. So, when I click on such a 'highlighted' spot the appropriate Award ID data will fill-in on the Awards (F3) tab.
In my case I've enabled Award tracking for: POTA, IOTA & SOTA. Thus any one of those will elicite a highlight and (so far) has been part of the Merged Data package.
All that being said ... This was a "Learning Experience" for me and due to such I don't feel my request to have additional filters available.
Unless other OMs can come up with more and better reasons for additional Cluster 'filtering' I don't feel such is needed for what I've noted so far in this thread.
Thus ... my view now is that such an additional feature is not needed.
I also get concerned about adding more 'work' to Log4OM that could slow down its overall performance as there are enough elements that, when all are used, can bring Log4OM's response time to a very slow crawl. Certainly don't need more of that.
