QSL and where is the data backed up?

Hi all
I have been having issues with QSL confirmation that seemed to be since the last update in November.
I lost most of my QSL confirmations in my log except for 8 QSOs out of 300 approx. in log.
I originally entered the QSL info from the Edit QSO tab as the QSLs arrived.
I spent yesterday re-entering the QSL information via the QSL Manager tab as many had told me I should have used that.
On my main PC connected to the rig if I search using QSL manager for LoTW, eQSL and QRZ and all are there as they should be.
When I import adi backup from my folder on another PC and search all QRZ sent are there but QRZ received are missing.

So the data seems to be missing from the adi file or am I wrong?

Be gentle as I am useless with computers as they don’t interest me. Messing with the computer instead of being on the radio does not sit well with me.
