I followed the guide found on the main L4OM website. I have the same problem as another post from a few years ago that is locked.
JTDX set for UDP on port 2237. JTAlert set for port 2235 and L4OM listening to port 2234. Also tried on JTAlert on port 2234. I get an error message that the QSO could not be logged to L4OM but was saved in the WSJTX log.
Another issue I have...more of a JTAlert question. There is a window with a bunch of boxes for decoded calls in JTAlert. I would think that clicking on them would initiate a QSO as it does with Grid tracker's call list. But nothing happens. Any ideas on this?
Thanks
Greg

Re: JTDX>JTAlert>Log4OM
Port numbers must match!
If you set one program to send data on a specific port number then the software that is to receive that data must use the same port number
Also sounds like your trying to log from both JTDX and JTAlert which is wrong
I suggest that you follow the manual pages 242/243
