Logged Frequency

I notice that if I just use WSJT with LOG4OM the logged frequency is the radio frequency plus audio i.e. to two decimal points. However if I used WSJT>Gridtracker>LOG4OM the logged frequency is just the frequency on the radio.

Has anyone else seen this or is it something in my settings?
