Exporting Lists of Squares

I'm trying to export a list of squares worked on various VHF bands as I like to keep an Excel file for each band updated when I work a new square.

I can see, in the View>Statistics setting, that it's possible to list squares by band but the display is either countries or individual squares.

I could export each country to an Excel file and combine them by cutting and pasting, but that's going to take ages to complete.

Is there a way to export all squares worked by band to one file please?

Hi Dave,
If you go to the recent contact list and click the Excel icon at the bottom right, a file with a full list of all QSO’s with all the fields will be produced.

I think you can then do a quick Pivot Table with bands on the top and grid squares on the side (count of callsigns as data) to see the ones you have worked. Filter for LOTW and QRZ received could help refine the table.
