SQLite or MySQL

Hi all
I have DXpedition logs that are like 50.000 QSOs, my own log has well over 60.000.
They are all in SQLite format.
Is it advisable to use MySQL instead ?
If so, how to transfer from one format to the other ?

Not unless your running multiple contest stations sharing a common database

SQLite is generally OK for up to 120K QSO's I have a 90k database which runs fine on SQLite
