ADIF upload to external services

Upload to external services from ADIF monitor stopped working in a new version. QSOs from FLDigi are coming in and being saved in the L4OM2 DB ok, but won't get uploaded to QRZ, Clublog, HRD etc automatically.

I discovered that the option "Upload QSO to external services" was unchecked. Tried checking it, but once I save & apply, then re-enter the Settings, it's reverted to unchecked.
