Export ADIF file from Log4OM to DXLabs format?

Post by WB7UOF »

I'll be upfront. I use DXLabs Suite for my main record keeping. I only use Log4OM in the field for POTA, camping, etc when I don't have internet service. It works great for quick logging. The problem I am having is when I get back to "civilization" I save an ADIF file to import into DXKeeper. It imports, but it leaves the QSL request for all as "Don't request" (sorry I don't remember what the code is) and I have to go back through the list of imported QSO's to change it to request for LOTW, etc.
I hope this makes sense. What settings in Log4OM need to be changed to import without this QSL "obstruction"? If it would just leave it blank, I can easily upload to LOTW using a filter for those QSO's.
TIA,

Here is the ADIF format for QSL sent which covers LOTW, EQSL, QRZ etc

I am sure Dave Bernstein includes the format because we work together on the ADIF control group so I think you probably missed something somewhere

Thanks Terry, however it is coding “N” and I want it to send “R” or leave it blank. How do I set up Log4OM to do this?
Thanks again, Walt ~ WB7UOF

Walt,

Terry produced 3 Y/T videos addressing Confirmations. You can find Terry's complete Y/T library here:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6Ppcj ... yavI-azOug

Scroll for Confirmations 1, 2 & 3.

The current User Guide has "extensive" information and explanation starting on Page 116.

Also bear in mind that Q's being ported in from the FTxx APPs can also have settings that will / can change what you have set up in Log4OM. So you have to be well aware of those settings in those APPs from WSJTx, JTAlert, Gridtracker, etc..

Thanks Nolan and Terry,
I glanced at the YT videos and I think that is what I am looking for. I am not at home with the laptop and radio at the moment, but I will check it out when I get there in a few days.
Again thanks,
