Set Offset Rx/Tx

I need to set different offset value for Tx and Rx applies to one VFO. Because it works with transverter through QO100. Is it possible to do so?

Settings/program config/CAT interface - set the offsets lower right of window

Ok that much I know but I don't understand how to set the offset between Rx and Tx .... For Rx I entered , what do I need to do to make the Tx logged at 2.4 GHz in the manual I did not find such information.?
