ADIF not being backed up

Post by KE2FIL »

I do not see where the ADIF backup file is being saved. I found this in the documentation:

Screenshot 2025-07-01 143446.png (144.41 KiB) Viewed 91 times

and the documentation shows this to be the saved location:

In this folder I only see the config.jason files AND the backup.sqlite files. Where are or how do I auto-save the ADIF like the documentation says?

Matt,

Be sure you take the time to review Terry's Y/T videos about backups, etc.. Also the U.G. is very detailed about setting specific folder locations for backups.

In the images you posted you have not specified ANY locations for backup file folders.

The location that Terry noted is an 'overall' backup in addition to the locations that you as the user should have already set up.

Ok i got it working. So if you check item #1 then you will not get ADIF backups unless you check item #2. (I previously only had item #1 checked) After checking #2 and selecting a directory I now get all the backups. (database, config.jason and ADIF)

Maybe the default (not checking any boxes?) will give you all three backup items?

@KI5IO the screenshot you are referring to is a screenshot from the Log4OM website. That wasn't my config.
