Switch from OmniRig to FLRig

I'm trying to ditch OmniRig and switch to FLRig. The omnirig software seems to be abandoned and is not working with newer releases of some software.

Anyway, has anyone had success getting flrig to work with Log4OM? I've set CAT engine to Hamlib and on the hamlib tab I've selected FLrigh Stable as the rig model. I'm not clear what is next from there.

When I select start CAT nothing happens. No error, no success, no nothing.

The forked version 2 of Omnirig has been abandoned for a couple of years, Version 1 from Alex was updated recently by Alex to version 1.2

Try searching this forum for Flrig and you should find some info

I always search first. I couldn't find anything useful.

So, you're saying if I move omnirig back from 2.0 to 1.2 it will work? And that Omnirig 1.2 is a currently supported product? If so, that would be great! I've gotten all my apps other than Log4OM working with FLRig.

Yes 1.2 is fine and I use it everywhere
