statistics and awards not opening

Sorry to report Terry that the pane is not behind the Log4OM icon on the task bar and I've also just reloaded the programme as administrator after removing the original. Still no statistics.....thought I should check all the other menu options just in case there were other issues and I've discovered that Net Control doesn't appear either. Everything else appears to be working well.......

Close the program and restart it

Go to the settings and check the 'Debug' check box, I think it's in Settings 1

Now try to open the statistics and awards window

Go to Help/Show Log

A text window will open, save the text file and email it to me

Do not - I repeat do not post the text file on the forum because it contains your user names and passwords

Thanks for your advice Charlie, I removed the programme totally using Revo Uninstaller which also cleans up anything left in the registry and I then reinstalled a completely new download. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to have solved the problem as I still cannot get anything when clicking on the icon or selecting from the dropdown menu. This applies to both Statistics and Awards and Net Control. Just in case it is relevant this laptop is a HP Pavilion g AMD A8-3500 M, 6Gb RAM and running Windows 7 Home Edition. All the windows updates are current.
If anyone has any other suggestions to resolve this issue I would appreciate it. Of course I can happily run the software without these 2 features and use clublog to check my statistics but it would be nice to have everything working.
