Lo4OM and LoTW award numbers do not match.

I have different country totals in Log4OM and LoTW and can't find why this is happening. Can anyone explain this and how to correct it?

Here is what Log4OM is showing:

Worked: 282/340 282 is a correct number
Verified: 239/282
Submitted: 0/282
Confirmed: 31/282
Credit Submitted: 0/282
Credit Granted: 2/282
Not Confirmed: 10/282

And here is what LoTW DXCC Account is showing:

New LoTW QSLs: 0
LOTW QSLs in Process: 0
DXCC Credit Awarded: 267
Total (all): 267
Total (current): 267 this is correct

Seems that fifteen of the countries worked have not been credited possibly because you have not received QSL's or LOTW received confirmations.

On the other hand perhaps I don't understand the question?

Isn't the 272 total confirmed as shown on LoTW supposed to appear in Log4om Awards DXCC mixed? I don't see a 272 total in Log4om. How do I get 272 out of the numbers I have listed for Log4om?

In the Log4OM data it shows "Worked 282" and "Not confirmed 10" therefore 282 minus 10 = 272 (Confirmed) which is the same as you have in LOTW

Is the real question that you need to actually see a line which says "Total Confirmed = 272" like an extra line of information in the data?

If you marked the countries that are currently marked verified and confirmed as "Credit Granted" in Log4OM then you would see

Worked: 282/340
Verified: 0/282
Submitted: 0/282
Confirmed: 0/282
Credit Submitted: 0/282
Credit Granted: 272/282
Not Confirmed: 10/282

Which might be what you want to see?

Or am I still missing the point? in which case perhaps our award Guru Chuck K7PT can advise
