search parameter in statistic and award window

Hi,
I was doing a cross check on my DXCC challenge and pending QSL to be sent.

I did it using the statistic and award window and I wanted to filter the clicked QSOs to see only the QSL queued ones.

So I set up a search parameter as QSLsent=Q to see only the qso for which I flagged QSL as QUEUED

If I click on a band for a country and I apply the search parameter I am not able to trigger it and make it working on the list.

How can I do it ?

For country

DXCC "Equals" (Insert the DXCC for the entity)

Band "Like Starts with" (Enter the first numbers of the band EG '20')

Question is not on the search of the selected qso but how to make the search parameter work in the window



Perhaps the JPG attacched must be clicked to have a full picture

question is : how to make filter work in the selection , I am not able to make it trigger !

You have not set up the search parameter correctly

The data in the QSL Sent status field is Q-queued

so you should either set

QSL Sent Status "= (equals)" Q-queued

or

QSL sent status "LIKE (Starts with)" Q

Obviously without the " quotation marks

If you set QSL sent status "= (equals)" Q the EQUALS is looking for an exact match so if the field contains Q-queued it is not an exact match so the result is ZERO - For that search parameter to work the field would have to contain just a 'Q" with nothing else

I have just tried this and it works as designed - See the screen shots below

Of course this same search parameter can be used in any window it depends what you want to do - Export a CSV, select QSO to print labels, export an ADIF file, bulk edit the resulting list etc etc etc

You can add more than one parameter as also shown below I just wanted to display all QSO's on 20 meters where the country worked was England (DXCC 223) my station callsign was G4POP and the QSL sent status was Q-queued

Let me confirm that if I select the first tab, (country status tab) the filter works fine.

If I select the DXCC award , and the Challenge the filter does not work as in the country status tab

can you check too ?

OK I just checked and the refresh in the "Show QSL" pop up window that results from clicking a band/country cell in the DXCC awards window is not working

I can force a refresh by changing the layout and then the filter works fine - The problem is that in that specific window the auto refresh is not functioning and there is no "refresh" button so yes you have found a bug - Well done!

For now you will have to use the country status - band/mode example that I supplied earlier to refine a list of queued QSO's for countries not confirmed/verified like

LOTW RCVd Status "Not equal to" V
QSL Rcvd Status "Not equal to" Confirmed
QSL Sent Status "LIKE (Starts with)" Q

This will provide a list of QSO's that have not been verified or confirmed where the QSL is queued - Now just sort in whatever order pleases you most and you have your list

No doubt Lele will resolve this bug in due course
