Is it possible to eliminate the need to press the search button after pressing LoTW, eQSL or QSL? In other words, can the display be mad to change without it?

Yes, it's possible, but sometimes it's not "fair" when users has big logs and slow systems, because this will force an unnecessary round-trip on database.
