Error when trying to install

Thank You for providing this program. But:
I'm getting this error Image attached looking for a PDF file.
I'm using windows 8.1
I have re-downloaded Zip file and also tried to run as administrator
all results with an error.
I do not have problems installing any other program.
I'm Computer literate so fire away.

Hi Mitch,
Have you tried downloading the user guide from here

On install uncheck the download user guide choice

I'm investigating the issue.
It's strange and doesn't happens in many cases.

In your Log4OM folder (in program folder) there should be 1 (maybe more than) installation log in a text file.
Can you send this file to me by email? (iw3hmh @ <pisto.it>>)
