SMall issue with QSL manager

Whn I use QSL manager to update info for received paper QSLs I get into this issue:

My update routine is to set received QSL data and mark SQL snet status to requested if that is situation.

When I find QSO and click save button for QSL sent, upate is ok, but current record gets deselected. I have to select it again to be able to apply QSL received info.

Possible solutions could be to simply preserve selected records so it is not lost, or to provide option to apply both send and received info on one button click.

Another issue:

When I use search filter to list QSO with Send QSL requested status, I cannot use options to apply sent status to selected QSO.
At the moment I try to switch to update mode, it resets selected QSO list, and reloads all QSOs.

Added a checkbox on screen to disable refresh while saving.
