Rotator Config Problem

I have been configuring Log4OM and can not get any commands sent from the logger to PSTRotator. If I click the rotor icon in the log, show log indicates that a command was sent to the communicator. But when I look at the communicator activity log, there is nothing there. I am assuming I have set something up wrong? Can somebody help me get this going?

I did not get any replies on this but I did get it working. Not sure what was wrong but it appears to work well now....
