Country Not Displayed in Cluster

After moving to this logger from DX4WIN I notice that the cluster display can not display country on some of these oddball calls. Today I notice that TO2A and 4U5F do not have a country in the cluster country column so they show up as red. What do I do to resolve it?

Nothing Harry, see the other thread about this.

However if you put these calls into the call entry field the countries will resolve OK
