Using TS-590 with fldigi ver 3.22.05 as xml-rpc connection, is it normal for QSY to be grayed out, any work around?

I would guess that the FLdigi developers have not provided support for this button in the XML-RPC protocol, you will need to ask the Fldigi developers about that
