Upgraded - LOTW now fails

After upgrading LOTW uploads now fail. Eventually I get an unhandled exception error.

Also "Lookup" feature to QRZ no longer works.

Also just tried to submit bug report. It asks me to also send bug report files. So how and where are they sent to? Unable to proceed.

LOTW has been down for a number of hours. Wait until the system comes back up and try it.

The LOTW web site continues to be a mess. Maybe they need to hire a hacker to fix it.
