Communicator shut down

Post by K0HB »

Log4OM communicator doesn't shut down when I exit Log4OM.

Not a big deal.

Have you tried a couple of times because it occasionally occurs if you made a change in the communicator that this happens but the next time you open and close Log4om all is OK

Hi Terry,

i am not made any changes but from time to time the communicator not will be shutting down if i close Log4OM .... Not every time but after a few sessions i have this problem too. If i close communicator manual when he does not shutting down automaticly with L4O all works fine for a few days in the next L4O sessions....

That's strange Juergen,

I assume that you are running both Log4om and the communicator as an administator?

What operating system are you using?

Hi Terry,

have checked that both programs run as administrator .... OS here Windows 7 ultimate (64 Bit) running at a AMD FX Quadcore computer with 8 GB DDR3 Ram .....

B.t.w. my pc is running nearly 24/7 :D :D :D and the problem is not always there.

Have checked the Communbicator activity log after startup this morning and found 3 error messages. Here is a screenshot ....

Hi Juergen,
Those messages are not going to affect closing of the communicator, I wonder if Lel has any ideas?

I will check the activity log if the communicator don´t close next time when i shut down Log4OM ..... Maybe another message will be stored in the log. This morning i have installed latest 1.21 Beta and a.t.m. automatic communicator shut down works .... Will wait for the next shutdown error ;) ;)

This mornigng the error occuring again .... I shut down Log4OM but the communicator stays still alive (no automatic shut down) .... I checked the activity log but no message from today.

Could be possible that it is a windows related problem but i´m not shure .... :?
