Windows 8.1 VSP

Has anyone found any virtual serial port software that runs with 64 bit Windows 8.1 that is either free or low cost, I am not prepared to pay US$99.95 for one

I use the the one from http://www.eterlogic.com, It only shows a nag screen for the 64bit version "do you want to register Yes/No".
I just click "No" and all is good to go. If you want to get rid of the nag screen the cost is 25 US Dollar.

Yes, Works great on my Win 8.1 Pro X64 system.
