Hi,
I go into Label Managment to print off the latest batch of QSL labels:
From interrogating the log via "QSL Management" I see I've 44 QSO's queued i.e. with the QSL Sent field set to "Q"
I go to Label Management and in the Search Parameters and select only "QSL Sent" as "Q-queued" and run the search
I only get 7 QSO's back, not 44...
? Pointers/suggestions pls...

Try the search parameter "Like" (Starts with) and then just the letter Q
Using equal to is very precise so if there is an incorrect spacing or a difference of case they won't be found

Re: Label Management - subset of Queued QSOs...
Terry,
Thanks; so I tried that but it returned the same query result i.e. 7 QSOs. However, while then mucking around with search parameters, I tried selecting "station callsign" (initially I'd left it blank) and low and behold, depending on whether I left it blank and executed the query (which returns 7 QSOs) or set it variously to EI4HQ, EI4HQ/P, EI4HQ/QRP or EJ4HQ and run the query, I get all 44 QSOs returned across all those queries i.e. each query returns a subset of the 44 queued QSOs.
At least I understand the query logic now; I'll need to take a closer look at "station callsign" entries for all my existing QSOs and do some tidying up...
Many thanks!

Sorry Cormac I should have mentioned that
I beleive we need an "All" choice in the station call sign drop down I will add this to Mantis

Terry,
No bother, given Log4OM's capability there's an awful lot to remember I expect. I learned a few things along the way, so all good

The station callsign is not an "invention" we did to make your life harder
If you manage multiple calls with same database like portable, /mm, /qrp, or vanity/contest calls you may want print labels only for a specific qsl type (assuming you have different QSL).
With the "station callsign" you're able to quickly select a specific set of labels to be printed and used on the right type of paper QSL

Yes Lele but there are occassions where a user wants to print all regardless of the station call sign

Yes, but because order does not matter he can print everything with one call, and then with another call... or not?

Yes "Or Not?"
Because what you suggest is multiple print runs whereas "all calls" can be one print run
