Hi all,

Please find attached the award definition for the DDFM - Départements français de la métropole. If you're still using Log4OM < v1.18 manually copy the attached xml file (it should be named award_DDFM.xml) into the <user>/AppData/Roaming/LogOM/awards folder (or in the config/awards folder if you're using the portable version) and restart Log4OM.

Starting with version 1.18.0 Log4OM will update all awards automatically, there is no need to copy the awards file to a specific folder. We really would recommend to update to this or any newer version!

Hi Claus,

I am struggling with this award.
I installed Log4OM Portable version 1.21

I do not find how to make this award accessible in Log4OM.
I tried to put DDFM.xml in the folder Log4OM/config/awards as you mentioned but it is not working
Then tried also in Roaming/LogOM/awards but not working either.
Tried to put also in Log4OM/awards but still no chance.
Tried to update awards database and no more chance.

Could you please help ?

Hi Danielle,

Cannot get this Award back and working since I formatted my computer and installed the portable version.
Anyway before i had it working with the 1.20 portable version (I only use this one cause i prefer to put it on the cloud as it includes the config files)

If you find how to make the DDFM to work let me know

Did you use the File/import facility in the awards manager window?
