Can't unzip installation file

I download ver 1.22.0. if I try to open the folder I get an error message "windows cannot open the folder. The file is invalid". If I right click and select "extract" then windows tells me "the compressed folder is empty". The properties show that the folder contains 19Mb.

Sounds like a bad download, delete the file that you downloaded and then download again
