Many are kept strictly closed to avoid providing good ideas for free to other, less fair, groups :-)
Yes, I know, it's stupid but we love to release new versions with a lot of surprises for users :-)

We have stated already that the next release will allow sub 1 watt entries like 20mw but do we need to go lower than 1 mw?
For me personally, no. But There might be people that do use less.
Maybe its ok to use 1 mW as lowest and if there is anybody that does miss it you can change it afterwards.
