A Google search (What is an ADIF file) reveals many explanations of an ADIF file but this is probably the most applicable

Still getting Duplicate warning, when I know it is the first time the QSO is uploaded to eQSL.

Sounds like all of the QSO's in Log4OM are marked eQSL sent = Y-Yes try changing them to N
