Have you tried entering a frequency in the kHz part (e.g. 144300 or 432200) ?

Have yo check in your settings under "User preferences" that all bands you like to have in
the dropdown are checked ?

By the way, you don“t need to turn off the radio. You can stpo CAT in the "Connect" Tab in the Log4OM Main UI.

Ger,

Couple other thoughts:

Make sure you have downloaded and installed the most current version of Log4OM V2. There have been a few updates since the initial release of V2.

Also, go to: Help / User Guide and select English (force update) to download the most current version of the User Guide.

Many updates and additions to new elements that have been added along with the updates.

There might be something there that will also help out.

i am still having problems entering old qsos. I'm probably doing something wrong because everyone will have problems with this. Especially entering the old date is very inconvenient.

Are you using the Lazy log feature?
