I have the same problem, log file says:

I use the portable version so I used my previous config folder.

Hi,
Copy the contents of folder C:\User\Administrator_name_account\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2 to the folder of user C:\User\ user_name_account\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2

This doesn't help since I'm already adminstrator, so Administrator_name_account and user_name_account is the same.
I tried to delete the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\LogOM completely or copied the content of the config folder as some other user wrote but the error remains.
Maybe you can try to analyse the log file to check what exactly is missing.

With great support from Terry I could solve the problem. I simply downloaded Log4OM (I'm using portable version) again, copied the file config/user/config.json from the old installation and everything is fine again.
