Has to be something in your setup. Because its working fine for me.
Leave the cluster out of it for a moment. If you type in my call directly at the top (KD0ZV) do you see my correct EN31 grid?
Do you have your login setup in info providers and if you click the button shown by arrow do you get the green checkmark?
