Soerry to insist, but nobody has answered my question : is it possible to run 2 instances og Log4OM (not the portable one) ?
Also, unanswered quetion : I have 2 shortcults on my desktop, one for the "normal" version, the other one supposedly for the portable verion. Is there any way to make the logo different, so we know what is going on ?
Juergen, I have configured JTDX with 2 instances, and they run simultaneously fine.
You just have to validate the"error" message that shows up, and thn JTDX will launch.
Looking forward to the next post !

Question 1 .... Don´t know, never tried it.
Question 2 .... Use the right mouse key at a logo and rename it like (as example) Log4OM_DF5WW and Log4OM_DL0AK or simply DF5WW and DL0AK

Hi all
So the appearance of the portable version is absolutely identical. Fair on this.
I am running 2 sessions also, but my issue is different from yours.
I have both connected to the samre radio, but each session has a different callsign.
I know I can change profile, but I prefer to have the 2 sessions simultaneous, so I can quickly see what I need with one call, and no need to change over.
I also have 2 sessions à JTDX and JTALert running, but I still face some issues, which I am trying to solve.
1/ I get a logging error message, but the QSO is actually logged.
2/ One session of JTalert has most menus in the setup greyed, so I have no access. I did follow the instructions to have 2 simultaneous sessions àf JTAlert, but something has gone wrong, I do not know what...
See if I can manage my configuration at 100%.

Changing the icon is a Windows function!
1. Right click on the desktop shortcut
2. Select properties
3. Click Change Icon

Suggest you ask for advice on this on the JT forum
