Log4OM

I've specifically clicked on the Settings>Update resources>Modes option and checked both the mode drop down in the main window add-contact section and also opened the modeslist file in the AppData>Roaming>Log4OM2 folder and neither FST4 nor FST4W seem to be there yet.

Probably not recognised by ADIF yet, we have this every time Joe Taylor introduces new modes they don't request the modes to be added to ADIF for weeks so we have to rely on user information

The next issue is we add an unrecognised mode and LOTW dont, so uploads fail.
