No it does not answere reason but somewhere your sending QSO twice to Log4OM, probably from WSJT as in your last screenshot, but also JTAlert or Gridtracker?

To clear the dupes in the log

1. Export an ADIF
2. Create a new empty database
3. Import the ADIF that you exported but in the import window set 'Duplicate threshold' to 60 sec

thanks for the suggestion but thw trouble remain.
If I reload the adif with the impostation that you suggested the problem of the dupes remain because remain two applications that send the same infos.
