I would still like to know if this is taken into account or will be taken into account

Strange about the awards to never have an answer...
(for example RUSSIA Award: PERM is always put in "Asiatic Russia" and not in "European Russia" and yet I have provided all the links giving this information; c It's frustrating though...)

I also do prefer to put the state in the comment rather than going to the award tab.
What is the configuration of RAC award which makes this available to put the state in the comment as if the RAC award was QSOFields rather than reference ?

I would like to use this possibility on other awards.
