Without QRZ xml you'll get an error message on every decode.
You may as well just wait for a new version where you can turn it off.

Working with host 127.0.0.1 now. No idea what was going on before.
Getting some other error messages but was unable to capture them. Will keep an eye if it shows up again.

I took a look at this and QRZ is very embedded in the program so I'm not going to be able to make it work without the XML lookups.

I've had problems before installing .Net which took several reboots and installs before it finally worked.
