The LOTW download is working fine for me as confirmed in the screen shot below, so this has to be something wrong your end
1. What version of Log4OM are you using
2. Do you have Teamviewer on you computer so that I can try to resolve this problem

Yes I have team viewer , but I am currently at work , wont be home till 20:00 UTC

I have got the download to work , although I am not sure exactly what was wrong ..
I was able to upload to lotw , but when I did a download I always got 0 Qso's found ..
I use the same information in external logs for lotw on my work computer and I was able to download from lotw.
Came home and went into external logs and removed all info for lotw , saved the config. closed out of external logs then re opened external logs and put the same information back in , saved the config and now it works. What puzzeles me is why was I able to upload , but not download. Either way it is now working , maybe this will help someone with the issue down the road.

Probably a typo
The upload is handled by the TQSL.exe whereas the download is a log In function so two different methods that is why one worked and the other did not.
