You must set to TRACE mode and try an upload BEFORE generating the support request otherwise we cannot see the information we require

And here is the problem. Well, I can resend myself an existing Upload Code again, but the new code does not come to me.

Did you contact Claudio at HRDLog?

I don't know Claudio and I don't know how to contact him. I created a ticket there (ticket #349) describing that the upload is not working and in response I got back my Upload Code (the original one) and information that if it does not work, to report it on this LOG4OM forum

Yes but I have been at hospital all, so that has slipped from high priority to let's do that tomorrow
