Award PoP Up

I downloaded version 2.36.1.0 and I was interested in the Award Pop Up but I can not find it in the manual or program.

Can someone tell me the location and how to get there?

Ah! That is a ballon pop up with the award name when you hover over an award in the F3 tab, bit like a tool tip

Thanks Terry. I thought it was going to work with the Awards Manager. It is a PITA. I do not know the name of all the awards and to find out you have to double click on it to see what the award is. Thought that was the Pop Up I was hoping for. Maybe the next release.
