How to enter physical QSL cards as sent or received status

Hello

I thought I knew how to mark a QSO as having received or sent a physical QSL card. But when I go back in to look at the entry, I do not see any of the indicators I previously set.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong, what is the proper process?
