I keep up with the computer world a fair amount and I've notice over the last few years that Apple computers have really picked up. And with the new retina iMac and Mac mini I think they are in a very good position to sell many more in the years ahead. Now I have zero idea of what it would take to have Log4OM be able to run on a Mac system too, but if it could be done, I think that platform is really needing something at the level that this program is.
I know hardcore gamers still mostly use PC's for their use, but so many other casual everyday users, photographers and videographers are going over to the Mac platform. And I'm sure a fair amount of hams and future hams.
Just a thought and like I said, I have no clue on how or if this would be possible, but it is something you guys may want to think about.

Hi Dale,
a lot of years ago the video producers and the photographers are changing to Commodore Amiga and Atari ST Computers .... Anything heard from Amiga and Atari again ??? O.k. Steven Jobs have make a good Job and the Mac is still living but have you checked how many % of the whole market ??? I beleave less 5 % in the computer sector. Think more guys using Linux on a PC then we have Mac users ....
After Steve Jobs was called back to Apple he made a deal with Microsoft. Since this time the Mac´s are Windows compatible so you can user the OS-X or a windows on that machines. That shows me that a Mac is not the "better" one .... A Mac is like a Rolex against a simple watch ... Both doing the same but the Rolex is to show the rest of the world "I have money and you don´t" ....
I have used them all when i started with my first Sinclair ZX-81 ... All the Commodore computers from VC-20 up to Amiga 2000 and all the Atari up to the Mega ST and after that all the Intel machines from 8088/8086 up to the multi core machines ..... Never used a Mac .. Those machines are only expensive but not better ... Maybe that OS-X is the better OS but i don´t buy a Mac to use a better OS ... Before i do that i change back to a Linux ... Works on a simple PC, its free and has more users than the Apple OS-X ...

DF5WW- True, but there is a large increase in Mac's being sold in the last few years. And from the PC to Mac switchers that I've run across on the various forums (and there are many) that frequent, I can see the trend, even if it's a small one.
And somewhat like you, my first computer was a Commodore 64 then from the IBM 8088 michines on up to the present day 4th Generation Intel Core i7 4790 that I built and use now. I also have never owned a Mac. As I said, it's just an observation.

You can try using "MONO libraries" (that emulate .NET FRAMEWORK) and try executing Log4OM in MAC environment...
Anyway, programming language is far different from Win to MAC, it will require a full software rewrite that is not on our plans...
