I was trying to log during this weekends contest and Log4OM worked fine on 20 meters and up, but when I tried to enter KP2M on 7.203 it said I was out of band. I have to manually enter the frequency. I clicked in the box and entered "7203" like I do on all the other bands. It would not let me enter the QSO or any other on 40 meters because of "out of band" but I was in band. Am I entering this correct or is there a problem?
Thanks
Bill R.
Out of band on 40 meters
Re: Out of band on 40 meters
You probably need to open the settings, and in the station info tab, select IARU region 2, save it, then close and restart the app.
I know because I ran into the same problem.

Steve is correct!
If you have not set Log4om up correctly for your region the program does not know which regional bandplan to use and the bandplan is what is used to check if you are within the correct frequency restraints according to your local legistration.
So no there is not a "Problem"!
